Eric Boles is the president and founder of The Game Changers, Inc., a leadership development firm located in Lakewood, Wash. He is the author of several executive and emerging leader development programs that are used across the globe and have been translated into seven different languages. Boles is also an executive advisor, coach and trainer. Through assessment, consulting, coaching and corporate training, The Game Changers, Inc. has set a new standard for helping organizations enhance their culture and develop higher levels of commitment and performance.
Boles is also a highly acclaimed keynote speaker. He shares his inspiring and challenging insights and strategies with thousands around the world each year. Boles has recently worked with some of the most recognized and respected organizations such as Motorola, Nordstrom, Nationwide Financial, Dunkin Brands, Verizon Wireless, Michelin Tires, Novo Nordisk, John Deere, TD Ameritrade, Aviva Insurance, Starbucks, Fluor, USAA and Alaska Airlines. He speaks to a wide variety of audiences including those in leadership and sales as well as those in financial services, manufacturing, hospitality, healthcare, education and with various professional associations.
Prior to becoming an authority on leading and managing change, teamwork, cultural transformation and peak performance, Boles played in the National Football League with the New York Jets and the Green Bay Packers where he was introduced to many of the concepts of high performance and teamwork he shares today. He was fortunate to be coached by and to play with some of the finest in professional football such as Pete Carroll, Brett Farve, Reggie White and Mike Holmgren, along with many other great athletes and coaches.
Boles is an avid sports fan, reader and golfer. He and his wife of over 20 years, Cindy, have two teenage daughters, Taylor and Madison.
