Sales training expert Lynne Jensen-Nelson is the featured speaker at the upcoming Furniture Today Bedding Conference.
Jensen-Nelson, the founder of Conversion-omics Sales Training, says the world of selling is undergoing significant shifts these days. She will be outlining how retailers, producers and suppliers can boost their selling skills in her Bedding Conference address, titled “The Future of Sales.”
As the featured speaker, Jensen-Nelson will deliver her talk immediately following the conference keynote on the morning of May 9. Her talk is sponsored by Top 10 bedding producer Therapedic.
“Lynne is a lively, energetic presenter,” said Gerry Borreggine, Therapedic’s CEO and president. “She presents in an engaging manner and reminds us not to become complacent in our efforts to be unique and customer-centric. Lynne will give us all the next set of tools to allow us to be more successful as sales professionals.”
“Today, there are no second chances,” Jensen-Nelson told Furniture Today. “People have access to limitless information, countless options and not enough time to do it all. To win at sales, we must show up and be exceptional.”
Her approach, developed through 20-plus years of sales team development, emphasizes the importance of planning, preparation, practice and performance.
“Lynne knows how to break the sales process down into manageable, actionable elements,” Borreggine noted. “Skilled salespeople understand that a systematic approach to selling produces the best results.”
The Bedding Conference is set for May 8-10 at the Hyatt Regency Coconut Point, in Bonita Springs, Fla. “Who Moved My Paradigm? Navigating a disrupted marketplace” is the conference theme, one that will be addressed by industry experts, retailers, producers and suppliers.
